Product Description
In early summer the Hyblean plateau is covered with wild thyme. Bees turn its nectar into an amber honey with a strong, almost spicy scent.
The honey is extracted cold and only strained, so it keeps its pollen and natural enzymes. It may crystallise over time: this is a sign of quality.
