The volcanic soils of Etna produce some of the most exciting wines in Italy. We visit two family wineries on the northern slopes, walking among old vines grown on lava terraces.
In each cellar you will taste three wines paired with local cheese, salami and bread, and learn about the native grapes Nerello Mascalese and Carricante.
